Chef Alsi began his journey in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, but his restless spirit drove him to continually evolve. In 2010, he embraced Polynesian cuisine, followed by Japanese, Peruvian, Siamese, and Cantonese cuisines. Today, Chef Alsi Sinanaj is deeply devoted to his passion for culinary creation, skillfully blending raw ingredients with the art of cooking. He is renowned for his deep admiration and respect for nature, which extends beyond his culinary philosophy to encompass his entire lifestyle.

He has worked as both a chef and a consultant. Notable moments in his career include collaborating with 3-Michelin-starred chef Heinz Winkler and 1-Michelin-starred chef Tong Chee Hwee of Hakkasan, as well as participating in various gastronomy festivals across Europe. He also served as a personal chef for renowned figures such as football star Cristiano Ronaldo, fashion designer Giorgio Armani, and Ferrari Formula One driver Charles Leclerc. For four years, he featured in the Greek TV night show “After Dark” with his segment “Alsi’s Celebrity Cooking,” where he prepared meals for the show’s high-profile guests.
