Le Chalet de la Forêt

Gastronomic Bliss in Nature’sEmbrace

After a bustling day, unwinding is best embraced in nature. While in this attempt to relax in Brussels, we found a 2 Michelin star delight, Le Chalet de la Forêt, where our connection to nature took a unique form—through flavorful dishes.

Nestled by the Sonian Forest’s edge, boasting a splendid terrace overlooking a charming cottage garden, it truly maximizes its natural surroundings. Even inside the restaurant we could notice that the chalet effortlessly blended with nature. We were gently accompanied to our table and the inviting atmosphere heightened our joy for the upcoming experience.

Each dish, served with exquisite elegance, pays homage to its deserving presentation. Chef Pascal Devalkeneer, a true Maestro, crafts plates with meticulous detail and perfectionism. Every bite takes us on a journey through the picturesque landscapes of Belgium and France, featuring carefully selected ingredients like Aveyron lamb, Brittany coast abalone, and honey from Chef Devalkeneer’s own beehives.

Indulging in exquisite cuisine calls for the perfect wine companion, and the chalet ensures a diverse selection. Presented in two volumes, one for red and the other for white, you have the freedom to select the ideal wine to complement your dining experience.

Le Chalet de la Forêt is a special place where nature and great food come together, creating unforgettable moments. Chef Pascal Devalkeneer’s delicious dishes, combining traditional values with modern flair, a wonderful blend of nature, craftsmanship, and flavor.

Cheers to the lasting charm of this unique spot!
