The Albanian designer’s new collection is going back to the core of the brand, inspired by her personal dressing.

Nensi Dojaka the Albanian designer, prioritizing dynamism for SS24! The collection embodies an energetic and progressive spirit, reflecting the designer’s dedication to innovation and movement. Nensi Dojaka is a London-based womenswear designer from Albania who frequently turns to ’90s-era magazines for inspiration and has had many celebrities wear her designs. Just like her newest collection for Spring-Summer ‘24, inspired by the effortless style of the late Nineties and early Noughties in which she has turned to color blocking, subtle contouring, and precise tailoring, it also has a lot to do with herself, wearing her clothes and how she approaches the personal dressing. “As a team of 4 people, three are full time, including her. And with such a small team, if you don’t feel particularly inspired, it can come across as forced.” – Dojaka says in an interview for Elle. Ensuring functionality and comfort remains a key focus, an aspect that has been meticulously honed and refined for this collection, with a commitment to ongoing advancement.

In her Spring-Summer 2024 collection, Dojaka skillfully blends color blocking, subtle contouring, and sharp tailoring. Harmonizing sequined wet-look satin ensembles with understated matte viscose pieces, the line embodies Dojaka’s innovative design philosophy.

The models elegantly showcase an array of black, white, neutral, and denim garments, encapsulating the signature color scheme often associated with the Albanian designer’s aesthetic.

Simultaneously, a fusion of lingerie pieces with bolero jackets, catsuits, and pencil skirts culminates in a meticulously curated array of sophisticated evening ensembles.

The collection also features the subtle yet captivating detail of flared sleeves, introducing a touch of volume that elevates the overall allure of the collection.

While presenting several form-fitting ensembles, the designer seamlessly integrates fluidity into her SS24 collection. Through the use of airy fabrics like jersey knit and tulle, the models exude an ethereal charm, redefining the essence of grace and sophistication.

Making a comeback from the previous season, denim reemerges in the collection, this time paired with layered tulle leggings and delicate sheer flares delicately brushing against the denim cuffs.
