Sometimes, we fall into the trap of believing our capabilities are restricted. Instead of asking “How can I?” we default to “I can’t.” This self-limiting mindset becomes our greatest obstacle, reinforced by societal norms. But what if we challenged that inner voice? What if we forged our own path, diverging from the societal mold?
Perhaps, like Isida Mollaymeri, we would pursue our true passions without confining ourselves to one profession. Isida Mollaymeri is currently a soloist at “Teatri Kombëtar i Operas dhe Baletit” and a choreographer, while also excelling as a brand ambassador and founder of Beauty Fair Albania.
With three degrees under her belt, Isida approaches every task with absolute dedication and love. However, she always stays true to what she belives in: disciplined in regime, strict when it comes to schedules and hardworking. It is this way of working that has given her success not only in ballet. This year, Beauty Fair Albania marked its 6th year and Isida managed to deliver it with professionalism.
There is also that special thought that Isida puts to her work. No matter what happenes, she takes the best out of a situation and uses it to become the best version of herself. Always looking to the bright side, Isida tries to be positive, give love and make everyone around her happy.
Isida’s journey reminds us that by embracing our passions, maintaining discipline, and staying true to ourselves, we can break free from self-imposed limitations and soar to new levels of achievement and fulfillment. In an interview for “Who” magazine, Isida stated that she also writes poetry, as a true artist she is, and she will soon publish them in a book. We will be here waiting for the book and applausing her new achievement.
