The “Uji i Ftohtë Tepelenë” Hotel is located in the beautiful area of Tepelena, just a short distance from the famous ‘Rrepet e Ujit të Ftohtë’. Designed by the talented Studio Andaras, this hotel showcases a perfect blend of modern architecture and natural beauty. The five-floor building features an innovative layout where the entry level is situated in the middle, providing a unique approach to its design and functionality.
The exterior is clad in wood, offering a warm and inviting appearance that harmonizes seamlessly with the surrounding nature. Large windows throughout the hotel allow for stunning views and abundant natural light. The use of natural materials like stone and wood not only enhances the visual appeal but also ensures environmental sustainability. The dark tones used in the exterior add a modern touch, creating a sophisticated and welcoming ambiance.
The “Uji i Ftohtë Tepelene” Hotel is a design excellence of Studio Andaras. Their ability to integrate a design building with into the nature has resulted in a luxurious and great architectural intervention.
Interior Design and Public Spaces
Stepping inside the hotel, guests are greeted by a lobby that exudes elegance and tranquility. The interior design reflects the natural surroundings, with materials such as stone, wood, and iron creating a cohesive and immersive environment. A notable feature in the lobby is a miniature waterfall, echoing the cascade of the nearby Drinos river, and bringing a touch of the outdoors inside.
The hotel’s public areas, including the restaurant and bar, are located on the lower floors (-1 and -2). These spaces are designed with large glass windows, offering breathtaking views of the river and waterfall. The open veranda on the public floors is an ideal spot for guests to enjoy their meals or drinks while soaking in the natural beauty. Every aspect of the public spaces is designed to foster a deep connection with the surrounding landscape.

The restaurant at “Uji i Ftohtë Tepelene” offers a delightful mix of traditional and modern cuisine, expertly prepared by Chef Genti Malaveci.
