The City Inn Apartment by Stile Progetti Studio, located in the heart of Tirana, is a harmonious blend of neoclassical luxury and contemporary design. Completed in 2022, this 129-square-meter space brings elegance to life with thoughtful attention to every detail.
Upon entering, you are greeted by sculpted shades of white, a poetic expression of the apartment’s sophisticated tone. Custom-made boiseries with endless doors create a sense of false symmetry, allowing the neoclassical and art-deco elements to seamlessly integrate into the existing space. Each doorway is crowned with intricate wooden decorations, hand-sculpted to perfection, evoking a timeless charm. The ceiling too becomes a work of art, adorned with delicate handmade gypsum moldings.
The flooring, crafted from natural oak in a herringbone pattern, adds warmth to the space, its texture playing softly with the cool marble accents. This juxtaposition of materials elevates the apartment, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and inviting. In the bathrooms, custom mosaics extend the sense of unity, blending seamlessly with the boiseries and carrying the design concept throughout.
The master bedroom, complete with an open wardrobe and a lavish en-suite bathroom, offers a serene retreat. The apartment’s open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are a celebration of light and space, where darker tonalities contrast elegantly against the pure white backdrops, embodying both modernity and classic charm.
This dream apartment is more than just a living space; it’s a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship and vision of Stile Progetti Studio, where every inch is designed to fulfill the client’s vision of luxury, comfort, and aesthetic harmony.
In “sculpted shades of white,” the apartment becomes an ode to elegance, a delicate balance of light and shadow, form and function—a true masterpiece of modern neoclassical design.
