1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

½ cup mini shredded-wheat cereal

¼ cup fresh raspberries

2 teaspoons mini chocolate chips (dark chocolate)

1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

2. Peanut Butter-Banana Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients

1 slice whole-wheat bread, toasted

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 small banana, sliced

Cinnamon, to taste
