She starts her day with apple cider vinegar

A couple of tablespoons on an empty stomach every morning will do the trick. Apple cider vinegar (ACV) offers potential health benefits including weight loss support, blood sugar control, improved heart health, enhanced digestion, and antimicrobial properties. However, they recommend that to consume ACV safely, dilute 1–2 tablespoons in 8 ounces of water, gradually increasing intake. Avoid taking shots and limit consumption to protect tooth enamel and prevent digestive issues. Incorporate ACV into recipes like salad dressings and marinades, and choose organic, unfiltered ACV with the “mother” intact for maximum benefits.

Being part of this group myself, I would highly recommend this approach. Their trainer Bobby Rich has shared that the couple trains with weights regularly and it is as much mental as it is physical. Victoria treats training like brushing her teeth–it’s something she wants and has to do and it sets her up for the day. It’s just part of her lifestyle, even when they are remote. The blocks include mini cycles of strength, hypertrophy, power training, endurance training, cardiovascular, that fit into themes of recovery, maintenance and intensity. Making a year long plan for your progress makes it easier for you to stick to it and have results.
