EMOM 20 min / 4 Rounds

1- Min 1: Kettlebell Swing (x15)

-Helps stabilize the “core”

-Strengthens the posterior muscles of the body such as the back, buttocks and hamstrings

-Improves cardiovascular health

2- Min 2:Devil Press (x15)

-Burns more fat

-Improves cardiovascular health

-Activates each muscle group

3- Min 3: Sit Ups (x15)

-Strengthens the abdominal muscles

-Flexible back

-Strengthens the posture

4- Min 4: Plate Squat to Press (x15)

-2n1 complex exercise

-Activates 3 different muscle groups: buttocks, back, arms

-Helps in coordination and stability

5- Min 5:40 sec Plank

-Strengthens “the core” of the body

-Reduces back pain

-Improves the posture

-Helps balance and activates stabilizing muscles
